The design, layout and all content of this ecommerce enabled website remains the property of Number One Gift Shop, and may not be copied or used in any other way without our permission in writing.
All items shown on our website are normally be held in stock. All orders are normally despatched within 3 – 4 days and we would anticipate delivery within 4 – 7 days, however where items are temporarily out of stock or delayed for any reason please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of any item we will contact you by telephone or email to advise you of availability, with the option of a refund to your card of the amount of the item(s) in full including any delivery charges.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Parcel Post or an alternative Courier Service and a signature may be required for proof of delivery.
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country/region to country/region, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
The customer email which you receive after placing your order is for confirmation of your order only. We will not accept your order or despatch your goods until your payment has been processed. We may at our discretion make further security checks in relation to any order received.
Number One Gift Shop reserves the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason which we deem appropriate.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods from us that were not as ordered, are damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then replace the goods or refund the amount paid for the goods including any delivery charges.
Customer Order Cancellation
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel it within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Once you have contacted us to advise you wish to cancel you should return the products to us unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. We will refund the full cost of the goods within 10 days of the date of delivery.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you have already paid for the goods at an incorrect price, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order.
